Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after the order is confirmed by our team via call or WhatsApp. Custom or stitched pieces may take 7–14 working days depending on the design.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

• Flat delivery charge: Rs. 250 across Pakistan.
• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 5,000.
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Couriers: Leopards, TCS, M&P or Trax depending on your city.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx International.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and weight at checkout.
• Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days after dispatch.
• International orders are prepaid only — COD is not available.
• Any customs duties, import taxes or local clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status on our Contact page or by replying to our WhatsApp.

Failed / Returned Deliveries

If a courier is unable to deliver after 3 attempts (incorrect address, unreachable phone, or refusal to accept), the parcel will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for a second attempt.
