Our Promise
At ZR Wears, every piece is checked thoroughly before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery on eligible items.
Eligibility
Items are eligible for exchange if:
- The request is raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging and accessories are intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number / receipt) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale / discounted items (anything marked down).
- Custom-stitched or made-to-measure pieces.
- Unstitched fabric that has been cut.
- Dupattas, jewellery and accessories.
- Items damaged due to misuse, washing or wear.
Exchange Process
- Email support@zrwears.pk or WhatsApp 0092 333 9282900 with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back via any reliable courier (return shipping cost is borne by the customer).
- Once received and inspected (2–3 working days), we will dispatch the replacement piece.
Refunds
We currently offer exchange or store credit only — cash refunds are not provided. Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used on any item across our store.
Wrong or Damaged Item
If you received a wrong, defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free pickup and replacement at our cost.
