Returns & Exchange

Our Promise

At ZR Wears, every piece is checked thoroughly before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery on eligible items.

Eligibility

Items are eligible for exchange if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging and accessories are intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number / receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale / discounted items (anything marked down).
  • Custom-stitched or made-to-measure pieces.
  • Unstitched fabric that has been cut.
  • Dupattas, jewellery and accessories.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing or wear.

Exchange Process

  1. Email support@zrwears.pk or WhatsApp 0092 333 9282900 with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back via any reliable courier (return shipping cost is borne by the customer).
  4. Once received and inspected (2–3 working days), we will dispatch the replacement piece.

Refunds

We currently offer exchange or store credit only — cash refunds are not provided. Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used on any item across our store.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If you received a wrong, defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free pickup and replacement at our cost.
